Carrier loss-control

Loss-control workflows for carriers.

Recommendations that live on the employer's register. Client-approved visibility keeps employer records separate and access revocable. Coordinate recommendations and follow-through across sponsored workspaces.

Capabilities

What carriers get

Keep recommendations and employer follow-up visible to the right people.

  • Policyholder recommendation register

Keep findings, due dates, employer response plans, correction evidence, and follow-up history together. The employer owns the record and can track what remains open.

  • Access the employer approves

Employers choose what recommendation information to share with your team and can revoke access. Carrier staff use their own access; they do not sign in as the employer.

  • Share status without shifting responsibility

Your team can follow recommendation status when an employer approves it. The employer remains responsible for any required posting or filing; sharing a record with your team does not submit it to a regulator.

  • Track follow-up dates

Set reminders for requested documents, consultations, and program follow-up. Review requirements for each policyholder and jurisdiction before taking action.

  • Carrier-paid enterprise terms

Your institution contracts directly with SafeGora. Terms can account for the sponsored policyholder workspaces in use. Our team will review scope, access, and pricing with you.

  • Recommendations where employers work

Sponsored workspaces give policyholders their own place for recommendations, safety records, and follow-up work. Each employer's information stays in its own workspace.

Workflow

How it works

Start with an enterprise agreement, then connect policyholders through access each employer approves.

  • 1. Plan the program

We review your loss-control workflow, policyholder scope, access needs, and enterprise terms with your team before setup.

  • 2. Set up policyholder workspaces

Each participating employer gets a separate sponsored workspace. The employer approves what your team can see, and carrier staff use their own access.

  • 3. Issue and track recommendations

Record visit findings and recommendations. Employers add response plans and correction evidence; your team reviews the status they have agreed to share.

  • 4. Review program use

Your enterprise agreement sets the commercial terms. Review the number of active sponsored workspaces as the program grows.
