Recordkeeping readiness

Get the year's injury records ready before the deadlines.

Prepare OSHA Forms 300, 300A and 301 from your case records for a person to review, certify and post. SafeGora prepares; you file and post.

What SafeGora prepares

From the case record to the annual forms

Recordkeeping runs all year and comes due each winter: the 300A summary is posted from February 1 to April 30, and establishments in scope for electronic reporting submit their data by March 2.

  1. One case record

Capture incidents and near misses from the field or the office and keep one case record from first report to closure.

  2. OSHA Forms 300, 300A and 301

Prepare OSHA Forms 300, 300A and 301 from your case records for a person to review, certify and post.

    Good to know

    • Recordkeeping exemptions and state-plan differences apply.

  3. Electronic reporting (ITA)

Track the electronic-reporting deadline and export ITA-ready data; you submit it through OSHA's Injury Tracking Application.

    Good to know

    • The export is a CSV file and the upload is manual; direct submission to OSHA is not generally available.
    • It applies only where the establishment is in scope for electronic reporting.

  4. The deadlines on one calendar

See recordkeeping and program deadlines on one calendar with reminders.

    Good to know

    • Deadlines and reminders cover the obligations you configure.

Talk it through

Start with scope, then fix the workflow.

A conversation with our team separates whether you are in scope from whether you can prepare the records.

  1. Coverage discovery

Walk establishment, employee-count, and industry inputs against the official coverage application. We do not assume your firm is covered, and we do not issue a legal coverage opinion.

  2. Workflow readiness

Map where incident facts live, who decides recordability, and whether the annual forms can be prepared without a fire drill.

  3. A plan for the next 30 days

Leave with a short plan to prepare and organize the records: evidence, the decision trail and exports, without filing promises.
